The fish meat is an important part of a balanced nutrition, being the main provider of essential omega-3 fats, with role in developing and maintaining mental performance, as well as protection of the cardiac system. The fish meat is considered to be a food that improves brain function. An experiment has shown that people who eat one meal of fish per week reduce their intellectual decline nearly 10-13 %. The fish meat is an important food for the growing children menu. From the age of 1 year and at least up to 3 years of life, children should eat fish 2-3 times per week, so that they could develop the optimal cognitive function, the memory and the mental efficiency.

Nutritionists say that you can lose weight quickly, only if you have realistic expectations. In addition, any diet should be combined with physical activity. Firstly, you must reduce the calories that you do not need, because all calories unconsumed are converted into fat.
Secondly, you must reduce sugars, saturated fats and precooked. 
Thirdly, you must not eat in the evening. In this way, your metabolism will burn fats accumulated throughout the day. 
Finally, you must not forget the physical activity for positive results. 
 
Eating fish is indicated during weight loss, but also for a healthy nutrition. Fish meat is recommended for all age groups.

People can understand the importance of fish consumption for the body only by emphasizing its nutritional properties. Fish is an important food for a responsable feeding and for this reason it should not be missing from your shopping cart because of its important nutrients.

At the same time, we must report the decline of fish consumption in Romania, compared to rest of the European Union (annual consumption of fish in Romania is of 4,5 kg/person/year, of 10 times lower than the European Union. The largest consumers of fish and fish products are Portugal and Spain, which consume 48 / 45 kg/person/year).
